Our Story

At Innovo Research, our journey began with a simple realization: there is an intrinsic connection between value-based care and clinical research. Our founders, Jeff James and Kenny Billinger, CEOs of their own healthcare organizations, envisioned a future where research improves patient outcomes, reduces overall care costs, and elevates the patient experience.

Innovo Research was born out of the belief that the research process could be restructured to benefit everyone involved—patients, physicians, and the healthcare organizations they serve.
