As the first national clinically integrated research network, we seek to partner with clinical practices to sustain them in their accountable care journey. Our partner sites are typically the highest performing accountable care organizations (ACOs), with community practices that care for at least 100,000 patient lives. Our partners agree to integrate to enhance the quality of care, increase patient satisfaction and reduce the cost of care. Our partner organizations agree to share outcomes and analytics, and welcome clinical research as part of their population health strategy. Together, we define the population and measure how we can make health better than it would have been. We are health and research – delivered together - to provide value to the patients we serve.
